Hi everyone;

I've some RODC on worldwide.
My logon script is very light, but for backbone delay it take some minutes.
Is possible to run the logon script from local RODC instead of RWDC?

thanks a lot

The DC type doesn't matter for the client in this case. It just asks for
the list of GPOs and then contacts the server (not necessarily a DC)
where the logon script/startup script located.

Cheers,

You didn't mention if you clients are XP, Server 2003, Vista, and/or Windows
7. But you might want to review:

You should just run the logon script from within the gpo itself. The
clients will pick the script up off of the authenticating dc and if this
RODC is in a remote sight and the client is authenticating to it, it will
run it from the RODC's sysvol.
