Windows 2003 Server Standard

I have two folders on my server that contain different script files.
First of all, aren't the following two folders THE EXACT SAME FOLDER?

\\company.org\SysVol\company.org\Policies\{EB6...} \User\Scripts\Logon
c:\windows\sysvol\sysvol\company.org\scripts

and the scripts are...

\\company.org\SysVol\company.org\Policies\{EB6...} \User\Scripts\Logon
\A.VBS
c:\windows\sysvol\sysvol\company.org\scripts\B.VBS

I used Group Policy Editor on the server to assign a logon script to
a
GPO (see A.VBS above). When users log in, B.VBS runs (see above). I'm
confused since the GPO says to run A.VBS. I've checked all other
GPO's
and none have a Logon Script firing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!
