Open the Network & Sharing Centre (right click the network icon in the
system tray), and click "Status" of your connection, will open a smaller
dialogue box (the one you're probably used to) and it will tell you how
long.
Other than that, your ISP would have such statistics....perhaps you have a
control panel type thing for your ISP account where you can change settings
(e.g. set up new email accounts etc). This would also have your
"connection" settings like how long you've been online, your last log-on
etc.
