LH is still in the Alpha testing & development phase. There's a whole lot of
development and testing to do, and Beta testing has not started !
Therefore, no one can even try to answer issues of "retailer support" on LH.
You're not likely to see any retailer or vendor support until the product is
released officially by MS.
