Hello everyone,
My new computer comes with Windows Vista Home Premium which do not has the
option of DISPLAY LANGUAGE under the Keyboards and language tab in Regional
and Language Options. So it cannot display Chinese in wizards, dialog boxes,
menus, and other items in the user interface. I search on the Microsoft
website, and I just can’t not find a Language Interface Pack (LIP) for
Chinese (but for other languages). Could anyone please tell me where i can
download a LIP for Chinese or any other way to solve the problem? Thank you
very much for your help.

Language packs are only available for Vista Ultimate.

This site: http://www.froggie.sk/ claims to allow you to use the
language packs with *any* version of Vista. At least one poster had
reported having success with this package. I know nothing about it
myself.
