Looping message on windows VR on every boot up

Hi,
Everytime i start windows vista, i get a prompt on my task bar
to burn a cd track to disc. If i say yes i am prompted to put a disc to drive
"D". This is not even the rewriter drive. I have tried to put empty discs
into both drives to no avail as there is no information as to which track it
is. This is obviously looping and i hope there is someone who can please
help?
