losing connection to messenger

Hi

I have the latest WLM. I have a problem with my connection. I am on a
wireless network with my belkin F5D7632-4 router, no firewall on that and i
use windows firewall. I keep losing my connection and it keeps reconnecting.
On the connection settings in options it says i'm connected to the internet
through a UPnP restricted NAT. I have UPnp enabled in my router and all my
settings on pc are to be optained automaticlly. As there is onlt 2 pc on
network i am always connected to the same ip address on router. Any ideas as
this is really frustrating. I get disconnected a lot. Also i can't send or
recieve webcams as mine just freezes and other person sees white screen and i
only see white screen with theres. Any ideas?
