Losing Sound in WLM 2009

Hi - I am having problems when making video calls with WLM Version 2009. Everything is OK for about 5-6 minutes and then My Contacts lose My Sound, we can see each other and I can hear them. A Recall from either party restarts the five minute cycle. All was OK in previous versions. I have Re-Installed WLM Version 2009 but nothing changes. Please Help?
