Loss Contact Info from my PDA phone when Sync for the first time

Could anybody help me to recover my lost cantact info. I sync my pda to my
new pc and end up I loss all the contact data.

Your Address Book, either a *.PAB or *.WAB file, contains your contact info.
If opening them does not show you any entries, you will have to look for a
backup copy of those address book files.

Dear Mr Ferguson should I search for the file inside my PC or my PDA and what
software did you recomend? Anyway thank for your help.
