Loss of Internet after install of SP2 & updates

I have just updated a number of PCs with windows xp by installing sp2 over
the internet. The pcs connect via SBS2000 running ISA. Up until this point
all ok but when added further updates from Windows update and rebooted,
itnernet access is lost. No change to previous setting that worked. any
suggestions?
