Lost Admin Password

I'm the only user of my laptop which I purchased new, and I've set myself as
a user with admin priveleges. Now I need to log on as the administrator but
I've forgotten the password. I see a range of solutions here and elsewhere
but most require the original Windows CD.
My laptop (Asus F3J) came with Windows XP MCE preinstalled and no Windows
CD, but with a couple of Asus Cd's one labelled "Support CD"

How can I recover my admin password without a Windows CD?
