Hi,
Library files aren't stored in the registry. Perhap's you are getting a
message that "the following files could not be registered..."? If so, then
either you are not installing with elevated privileges, or the software
supporting the printer is not Vista compatible. Check with HP on the latter
and see if a more recent release is available. To install with elevated
privilege, locate the setup.exe file on the supplied media and right click
it, choose the option to 'run as administrator'.
