Lost drive space?

Problem: Drive filled up - remaining space about 4G. Dumped the recycle
bin, deleted a bunch of other files - about 20G. Windows Explorer says free
space is still the same. How do I free up space on the drive?

System Restore. Turn it off,apply, then turn it back on...
