lost file

I have a xp home edition and every time I do a check on computor it comes up
system 32 /shell32.DLL library not loaded where can I get the file to
download can any one help me

Insert your Windows installation CD-ROM in the CD drive, and cancel any
automatic installation attempt that might be launched.

Then open a command prompt window and type the command:

sfc /scannow

This might take up to an hour to run, and will ensure that all Windows files
are present and correct.
