Lost help and support

i have recently lost help and support. Whenever i click on any of the blue
suggestions i.e how to improve performance, i get a notice saying 'internet
explorer cannot download/from windows. Internet Explorer was not able to open
this internet site.The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found.Please try again later'.

This has only happened since this morning and i have not installed any new
software etc.
Anyone else having this problem, or any tips on how to solve it?

Sorted it...dreamweaver 8 changed my xml. but have fixed it now.
