Lost Information on Active Sync

I have lost all my contacts and all the folders that I had set up in MMS/SMS after doing an activesync and I have Windows Mobile Device Centre that enabled my HTC P5500 Touch Dual to export to Outlook and Gmal.

Is there a way that I can recover this information?

I have a very old mobile not operating on Windows 7 or 8 Mobile.

I have read just about every forum.

I am a not not that computer savvy.
