Lost main disk

I have a copy for vista ulimate oem, but the disk went missing. I don't know
if it was just lost in the last move somehow or stolen.

I still have the case and it was registered, is it possible to get a
replacement through microsoft? I need to reformat and try to get a dual
booted system with windows xp. There are some classes I want to take and
they aren't compatible with vista.
