Lost minimized Windows

Whenever I minimize (explorer, word, excel, outlook, or any other programs)
window I am not able to see the minimized window in the bottom of the
toolbar. If I do task manager I am able to see the program running. I have
tried all that I know in the Taskbar setup and I am still not able to see my
minimized windows.

This is not a Window Update problem but....

If you mean you minimize an application and it
does not show on the Taskbar but can still be seen in Ctrl+Al+Del
then:
