I'm not even going to bother trying to read that mess you posted, try
posting back in a format that normal people use, which would be NO dashes
between every letter, just like I'm doing.

Did you have a word writer you must turn off the dashes, as for your problem
there is a way to keep your passwords on a disk, or even a memory stick, I
would keep it that way or perhaps think of getting a fingerprint scanner for
the password, if you still cant get into vista at the start of you computer
being on press f8 or f6 or f12 depends on you type of computer this should
access the windows safe mode, this should pull up a menu that lets you pick
windows safe mode, after that it should let you get in as administrator then
just go to control panel then go to user accounts, then pick you user, then
pick to reset the password.
If on the other hand you cant get into safe mode because you only have one
user and thats the one that you locked out then I would try to get the
instalation disk, perhaps it would let you rest your password, send it to the
pro's where they should be able to reload vista then reset your password of
course thats the long way but its a solution.
