LOL - Check her Music folder - is there an iTunes folder inside that
folder? If so, don't worry, all you will need to do is re-install the iTunes
application and it should pick up where it left off. Don't remove that
iTunes folder though - that's where the iTunes music resides.

I don't use itunes but the music service that I use allows me to
re-download the music that I have purchased at any time.

Open System Restore and undo the restore.

Have a nice day.

Hi Cashbar--

Tell us what you were trying to fix with the SR, and maybe we can fix it
after you try to undo the restore.

Further, as a default Itunes usually backs itself up unless the user
specifically tells it not to.

Try going to the Itunes folder at

[Drive it was installed on or moved to]\Users\Profile on Vista
Name\Documents\iTunes\iTunes Music

Good luck,

CH

When you do a system restore, if you go back past the installation date of
ANY program, it will be gone, as it was not on your computer at that
particular date in the past.
Data files are not removed.
This was the same in XP.
