Lost my Storage folders...

After installing the live mail desktop client on my Vista Ultimate PC I
accidentally deleted the storage folders. I have tried to reinstall and to
uninstall, delete the windows mail folder for the application settings folder
and reinstall but the storage folder still won't come back. Is there anyone
who knows how to get this back?

View->Layout...->Folder pane->Show Storage folders
