In Windows Mail, export to a CSV file. Then open that file in in a word
processor or spreadsheet. Verify that that the name field is there.
Verify the first record for the field names and that they match the
fields in the data records below.
If that looks fine, when you import the data in Windows Live Mail, make
sure that the fields names map correctly.
