lost profiles after Hotfix for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

After automatic install of Hotfix for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
KB953595 and KB958484 and reboot profile not found is reported and default
profile is utilized. Is there a solution to this problem.
