Lost recycling bin

HELP!!!! I was really dumb today and went to empty my recycling bin but was
gabbing on the phone and hit the delete button instead. Now I can't find my
recycling bin.

Please somebody help this poor idiot our and tell me how to find it and
restore it to my desktop. Thanks in advance.

Right click on the desktop and select properties. In the left pane chos
change desktop icons. Check the recycle bin box. click OK
