Hello Rick,
I have now tried many things, including deleting the Tablet PC folder. I
have also taken off all of my virus protection.
The Snipping Tool gets installed to the Accessories folder. I am worried
about deleting that folder in case I loose more components and are unable to
reinstall or switch them back on.
Do you have any other suggestions as I have now run out of ideas.
