Mark
I initially posted in the Outlook bulletin board, but was informed
empatically that my problem was not an Outlook issue, but rather an operating
system issue, and I was urged to post in this bulletin board. As i mentioned
in my previous post, I opened Control Panel and selected "sounds" to see if
Outlook was among
> the programs listed. Although Quickbooks and other programs which exhibit sound were listed, Outlook was not. Does this jibe with your understanding i.e. that it has to do with the operating system?
