Lost statistics on Spider Solitaire

Hi

I had 100% on intermediate level of Spider Solitaire and now suddenly for no reason, my stats have gone and everytime I open the games, it starts afressh: I have to reset options and the stats are gone next time I play. What is going on? Don't feel like playing if I can't build a record. Thanks guys.......
