I successfully applied XP Professional SP3, no known problems at this time.
A minor annoyance is that the "Address" toolbar has disappeared from the
list of available toolbars for display when right-clicking the Windows
toolbar. How do I get it back? TIA

Thanks. It appears Microsoft has removed the Address Bar in SP3 due to
regulatory restrictions. Wow, that thread you pointed me to is pretty
vocal... people even threatening not to install SP3 due to the change. I
didn't know anyone cared that much about the Address Bar! I'll miss it but
I don't think I'll kill myself over it :-)

MVP Question What country are you in as we know Microsoft does not hire
AMERICANS (They cost too much and Gates said they are NOT SMART ENOUGH)?

Jim, all you have to do to get it back is replace the browseui.dll in
C:\Windows\System32 with the original one from your installation CD or, if
you can't find it, I have posted mine, zipped, on Megauploads, for all to
help themselves to.

Sounds more like fired hippie.

You sure Gates was talking about all Americans, not just you?

Go back to work, you'll feel better about yourself.

Cool! Downloaded it, renamed the existing file, and replaced it with yours.
Address Bar rides again!
Thanks!
