lost the top of my screen HELP PLEASE

my screen has shifted up a third so that I cant see the top third of an
full screen i've tried restoring back to a point before it hapened an
it's still the same . can anybody help please , by the way I'm a fairl
inteligent 43 year old but not a real teky type:confused

Cheers but already tried that, all that happens is the bottom toolba
dissapears I'm going to shut down in a minute and try an old monitor t
see if it's the screen itself at faul

Problem solved !!! my YUSMART tft has gone wrong yet again Can't b
bothered to send it back to Holland yet again for repair so now off t
amazon to see whats in the sale as this old CRT is doing my eyes som
real damage

Try the LCD screen again, and make sure that it is properly plugged in at
both ends. Also try another lead if you can. If it is a cheap one with a
captive lead, you cannot do much about it if it is damaged.
