Lost Ultimate Extras after repair Help!

Hi,

Well, less than 24 hours after upgrading from MCE to Ultimate 64bit which
went pretty much un-eventful, I ran into an issue after installing one on my
favorite games GT Ledgends (GTL). The game itself was not the problem, but
the piracy software Star-Force protection completly hosed Vista to the point
I had to boot from the DVD do a repair.

That worked great except now all my Ultimate Extras are gone and I can't
seem to get them back!! Help!

I tried using Programs and features to remove the Extras and add them back.
That didn't work. I tried the download Ultimate Extras but that didn't work
either. Other than spending another day going through the install and restore
of all my data. Is there any other way to fix this???
