i have already shut down and restarted my computer and that doesn't work. i
have also gone to my properties, the sound button is grayed out and i have
tried unlocking my notification bar, none of that works. i have also typed a
code into a white area after clicking on my start button but did not see
anything that the next step told me to do. and of course, i have also
clicked on the links that i have seen on the other posts that others have
asked, but my computer won't allow me to access those links. i don't know
what to do and i'm getting VERY upset. please help me if you can, i'm close
to crying!!!!!!!!!!! thanks.
