Vista is a new operating system. Vista is not an enhanced version of XP. In
order to navigate the Vista environment, users need to stop treating it like
XP. Unlike XP, some of Vista's features, such as UAC, are complicated and
reading a book or how to articles on how Vista operates is needed. Users who
point and click without knowing exactly how features function are the most
easily confused... and the most likely to complain.
