Could anyone please help me delete the temporary/downloaded XP SP2 files
because I am low on disk space, and can't complete the installation.
1. Can't remove the temp files
2. Can't restart the Windows Update from either the Web Site or using
Automatic updates.

Thankss in advance!

Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Uninstall anything no longer needed.

This link should help:
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/spack.htm
Also step 6 on this link:
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/slowcom.htm

But the real fix is most likely another hard drive.

Please help. Stupidly I aborted out of the sp2 update, the software looked
hung. when i go to the control panel to delete it I get another error
"windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Now whether I
choose to report the problem or not does not seem to make any difference and
I am caught in this runaway loop. I also have porno sites starting themselves
beginning yesterday.
Norton runs cleanly but my spyware scanner seems to have also decided to
take the week off Please anyone?
