LSASS.exe startup error on Vista 64bit

I got this error on my pc...
I don't know how to get rid of it. It keeps rebooting my computer afte
like 15 minutes.
Vista asks if I want to start up Lsass.exe when I boot windows and
kept hitting no.

There's a fix for it in XP but I couldn't find any information abou
this in Vista.
I tried Spyware dectors, AVG won't read it, now I'm doing window
update to see if it'll fix it.
Anyone had this problem and got away w/ it
