Machine not appearing in WSUS console

Hi

I have recently installed WSUS on the same windows 2003 server as my old SUS
system.
I have created a test group to apply the new WSUS settings to a few trial
machines before going live.
I have created a GPO with the client side settings and new url and applied
it to the trial group.
One machine does not appear in the WSUS console.
All the others have and I have been able to try the new features.

I am concerned why this one machine does not connect appear, as I don't want
to deploy WSUS for all my organisations machines and then have many machines
not updating.

Can anyone advise how I can get this machine to appear in the WSUS console?
