Okay.. taking this into consideration, we still need to rule out duplicate
SusClientIDs.
Could you please inspect the registry keys documented in KB903262 on these
machines that are randoming appearing/disappearing, and determine if they
are unique values. If they are, then we have an entirely new scenario not
previously encountered. If they're not unique, then KB903262 applies, and we
just don't know the cause.
