It's now Adobe Flash who bought it from Macromedia as they did Dreamweaver.
In order to uninstall it, you need a special tool from Adobe you get here:

Also I've found it's important to check to make sure that you haven't
accidentally disabled Adobe Flash. To do thisgo to:
Tools>Options> Manage Add-ons.
