Macrovision

Hi,

I have vista Home Premium. Every time i log on i get the message that i have
a blocked start up program - which is 'Install Shield Update Service Update
Manager - i do not seem able to get rid of the message.

It appears that this program is from Macrovision - i am not sure if it came
with Vista and if this is meant to be doing something essential - I am
wondering whether to uninstal it .

Can anyone advice please

Start/run/msconfig. On the general tab select normal startup. Reboot.
