magnifier starts automatically upon boot up

Dear All,
Please help.
Every time the computer boots up it opens magnifier. Except that as my
vision is currently pretty good, I don't need it.
How can I stop this from occurring?
Any thoughts greatfully received.

Hi Alex,

Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Optimise Visual Display

Then uncheck "Turn on Magnifier" and reboot.
