Magnifier window is blank

I installed SP1 some time ago. Before then magnifier worked OK. Now I
notice magnifier window is blank (i.e. plain white). Don't know if these are
connected or if there is some other problem. I can live without magnifier
but it would be nice to know what bug caused this.

I ran System File Checker tool. It returned "Windows Resource
Protection did not find any integrity violations".

Thanks. Works OK in Guest Account but not in Admin Account. Suggeste
MS KB is same as that recommended by Mark Ferguson. Steps 1 & 2 ra
System File Checker Tool. Response (see previous) suggested no corrup
file to repair so did not follow rest of (complicated) advice in tha
KB
