There are no Identities in Windows Mail.
You can access multiple email accounts, but all messages come into the same
Inbox.
You can create message rules to move the messages into different folders.
To change the account, when composing a message, click on the From: box to
select which account to send from.
Or you could purchase a program written by Dr. Cochran, which adds the
identities feature into Windows Mail

Or you could try the newer Windows Live Mail, which doesn't have Identities,
but it does keep separate Inbox, draft, sent, etc. for each account.
