Mail And NGs

Ok guys sorry to be a pain getting my new PC tomorrow with Vista on but what
I was wondering is how do I get my mail and newsgroups from my old outlook
express on to my new pc so I don't loose my mail that I have stored. I do
have a 250gig external hard drive which is on my PC now and will be going on
my new one. Could someone go through the procedure or point me in the right
direction on how to do this

In New FILE - IMPORT

Right - and don't forget that he can run Windows Easy Transfer. Can anyone
say "crossover cable"?
