Mail not sent

I recieve e-mail but can't send them. Please help me...

sounds like a setting. check with your isp on what your outgoing mail
settings have to be.

Please help us to help you. What E-mail program are you using? What
does "can't send them" mean? What happens when you try? If you get an
error message, please quote it verbatim.

Who is your ISP? Do you know the correct name of their SMTP server?
What is it? Have you set your E-mail software for that server name?
