Mail problem please help

i have a yahoo and a live email i am tryn my hardest to set them up o
windows mail. my live i COULD receive but NOW IT WILL DO EITHER
but my yahoo will not either THese are THE ERROR MESSAG

log on using secure is checked.
the out going autha. is checked

out going sever port number is 25
incoming port number is 99
i have the ssl checkd on bot

Yahoo.com (US) only allows pop3 access for paying customers so you can only
access the free accounts using a browser. It's been like that for many
years, though Yahoo in other countries might still offer POP3 and SMTP
access to free accounts. The free Hotmail/Live mail accounts can't be
accessed by Windows Mail or OE either but you can access them with the
downloadable Windows Live Mail program.

ok but i was getting my email in there from my live accoun
i just couldnt send. but now none of it work

From the details you posted it looks like the Yahoo mail account you are
trying to access is provided through AT&T. You'll have to get the correct
settings to use it with the Windows Mail program (if it is possible) from
AT&T email support.

If you want to pick up mail from another accounts using Windows Live Mail
the settings for that are done online at Windows Live. Sign in to Windows
Live Hotmail online and go into the Options section - Send and receive mail
from other e-mail accounts. You cannot receive those messages with Windows
Mail though.
