Main user cannot open word 2003

Hi,

As of about 11 am yesterday our main user (vista home premium) id cannot
open Word 2003. I can open and use word under our other user id on the
computer.

Please help - I am getting desperate.

Tried a repair install? How about posting details of the error message(s)
or what happens when you try, in a Word forum?
