Maintaining online steaming of vidio & audio

I subscribe to MSNBC Plus online to come in on my PC. Some of the updates
evidently change my settings and do not allow the programming to come in. I
have tried everything I know how to do without success. The only way I have
been able to restore the online streaming is by restoring my computer to a
previous date when the streaming was coming in.

Then what updates 'break' it?

Which updates do you install that are causing the problem? KB######...?

Never, EVER use System Restore to "undo" an update, Service Pack, or IE
upgrade! Intead, uninstall the update, Service Pack, or IE upgrade &
reboot. If that doesn't correct the problem, then try System Restore.
