The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't?
The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?

To get yourself a working administrative account, enable the built-in
Administrator which is disabled by default. Here are Microsoft's
instructions:
1. Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
2. In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click
Run as Administrator.
3. When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
4. At the command prompt, type net user administrator /active:yes, and then
press ENTER.
5. Type net user administrator <Password>, and then press ENTER.
Note: Please replace the <Password> tag with your passwords which you want
to set to administrator account.
6. Type exit, and then press ENTER.
7. Log off the current user account.
When you log off the current account, you'll see Administrator on the
Welcome Screen. Try logging into it so you can do your troubleshooting.
If you need more help, please provide some details about your computer,
answers to the First and Second Questions above, and some background about
the machine.
