Major Windows Vista Glitch!!

Hi all im new to windows vista and i bought an hp laptop recently and i had a
huge problem... the whole screen just shut down and my task bar was gone and
i couldnt do nething... its really hard to describe but i took pictures if
neone can help me maybe i can email them the pictures if they can help me...
because i took my old laptop in and they just exchanged it for a new one of
the same model and still the same problem occurs on my new laptop...

please help =(

That sounds like a problem that I had. Have you installed the update
described at KB 932406?
