When I make a call through a phone line, I can't talk

I can hear what the other people says, but they can't hear me.

I've tried with both the incorporated mic, an external mic, and a bluetooth
headset with no succes at all...

does anyone knows how to solve this issue?

P.d: to make the phone I call from the Windows Contacts apps. I right click
a contact and then select Action -> call this contact. Aso, when I click
"talk" the call is ended.

You probably need to select your audio options in whatever program you're
using.
