How to make my application (jboss as + oracle) as HA using windows cluster?

Posts: n/a

I have a basic doubt. I have a application using JBOSS as Application
server and Oracle as backend database. If I wish to make this as high
available using windows 2k8 cluster can I
1. Just install the application and oracle on shared lun of windows
cluster and configure the service as Generic application in failover
2. or do i need to make any changes to my jboss settings to make it
cluster aware? (by installing 2 instances of my application on local
disks of two cluster nodes and installing oracle on shared disk)
3. Or do I need to install both my java application and oracle in
local disk and implement oracle failover cluster to move the database
in case of failover and then configure application as Generic
Application in failover cluster?
